We stayed at The Fuengirola Beach in December, it was a great hotel. The rooms and balcony spacious, lots and lots of loungers and a large pool. It is approx 20 mins walk along the front to the centre but lots of bars on the way and small places to eat.

They are centrally located by the Paseo in Los Boliches near the Fuengirola border. All three have entertainment. Jabega Apartments. Hotel Angela. Yaramar Hotel. The Stella Maris is also in a good Fuengirola location at the border. All four of the above are rather close to each. This mist occurs in Torrox and Nerja quite frequently, sometimes it disappears in an hour or so, sometimes it hangs about most of the day. I'm no weather expert but it has something to do with - warm air, cold sea or something like that. A couple of years ago we were driving home along the coast from Almeria and were in the mist all the way.
