I have 2 DLE 65's and they both run very well with a burble-free mid-range using stock mufflers and spin a Falcon 24X9 between 7250-7400 rpm depending on temperature. The Gp123 is 200 grams lighter than the Dle 130, So that is something to consider if going for a super light weight setup. I dont feel from what i have seen that the 130 will have any more power than the Gp, Especially as is got more weight on it. So if it does pull more, Its got more weight that takes away from the extra power.

The hole is there for atmospheric equalization and relieving the pressure on the back side of the diaphragm. Keep the hole somewhat the same size and don't worry about its placement on the cover.
